Nicholas Baker founded his company in 2011, the same year he welcomed the birth of his oldest son, a milestone that inspired him to build a business rooted in family values, hard work and community service. With over 30 years of HVAC experience Nick has proudly served the Coastal Bend, earning numerous top sales awards and recognition for his dedication to excellence.

From day one, he has worked tirelessly to ensure customers seceive honest service at a fair price. Hannah Walter joined our company in 2017 and has been a cornerstone of the company ever since. As Office Manager, she oversees all day-to-day operations, from dispatching technicians and coordinating scheduling to managing customer communications, parts updates and office duties. 

Hannah takes great pride in her work and in the strong relationships she has built with customers over the years. Her dedication ensures that every client feels valued, informed and supported throughout their service experience. Known for her organization, professionalism, and personal touch, Hannah is proud to play an essential role in the success of Baker AC & Heating.

Chasity Reese has been an Integral part of Baker AC & Heating since its early days, helping Nick with he startup of the business in 2011, the same year they welcomed their oldest child. She first began in the office, handing the phones and administrative duties, and later happily transitioned into managing the parts and warehouse department. 

Today, Chasity oversees all parts ordering, warehouse duties, and equipment preparation for the new construction, system change outs, and installations. She works closely with equipment distributors and has built strong relationships with both suppliers and customers, proudly representing Baker AC by traveling to accept top sales awards on the company's behalf. 

Chasity works hand-in-hand with the technicians to ensure their trucks are stocked and every job has the parts and equipment needed for successs. Known for her dedication, attention to detail, and pride in her work, Chasity continues to be a vital part of Baker AC & Heating's growth and reputation for excellence.
